City Manifold is our own reference build, not a separate product — the Manifold engine pointed at New York and left running. Sectors carry a composite strain index; the hex grid is the spatial model the engine reconciles against as telemetry arrives.
We build it to find out where the engine breaks before a city does. That is the whole purpose of a lab.
